OSS-register: FlintFiller Semantic Role Labeling

This tool is created to automatically create Flint Frames from text, as part of the TNO Rules Governance Stack. This repo contains the code for the Semantic Role Labeling-based approach for Dutch texts, and the generative LLM approach.
